Join me for a live chat!

Update! The event outlined below has taken place. You can watch a video of the whole shenanigans right here!

The Goldster Book Club is a beautiful thing. And I’m not just saying that because one of its two hosts, Lucinda Hawksley, will be interviewing me on 12th August. I’m saying it because it’s a lovely hub of book-based loveliness.

It’s free to join and amongst other things, it hosts on-line, live, in-depth interviews with well-known writers like Ian Rankin, Sophie Hannah, Nigel Planer, Joanne Harris and the genius that is Martin Edwards. It also finds time for less known authors, which is where I come in!

The fabulous Lucinda Hawksley will be chatting to me (sounds so much better than ‘interrogating’, right?’) and you can join in, getting questions to Lucinda as our discussion takes place. If you miss it, shame on you! But you can watch it online afterwards.

We’ll be talking about An Accident in Paris, chiefly, so if you have any questions or simply want to watch live on 12th August, join us here.

Honestly, if you’re not fussed about me, check out the Goldster Book Club, anyway. There’s bound to be something within its book-lined walls that appeals to you.

By the way, I worked with Lucinda on a Doctor Who-Charles Dicken crossover event one Christmas, in Yorkshire and she’s a brilliant host. Funny, generous and a mine of information about pretty much any topic that comes up, Lucinda is also a biographer, author, lecturer, and travel writer. Visit her site for more information.

Fancy finding out more about the Goldster Book Club and joining me and Lucinda for that chat? Step this way…
